Being holistic, which means ‘to see as a whole’, this massage allows us to combine both sports and remedial massage techniques, working with the mind, the physical body and the emotional self, as well as with the more subtle energies. It enables us to acknowledge our clients’ unique qualities and their essential beauty, teaches us about trust and openness, and enables and supports us to work with intuition.
