Despite the name, sports massage isn’t just for sports people: Anyone can benefit, including those in physically demanding jobs, and those suffering from occupational, emotional or postural stress that have similar characteristics to sports injuries.

It can work to support you in many ways, including recovery from injury, preparation and recovery from activity, injury prevention and maintaining your general well-being.
